Gulf Resources operates with a small highly focused management team, all experienced professionals in their fields. Its continuing success owes much to the contribution of key individuals who have served as board members. The first Chairman of Gulf Resources was Thomas Ready, former Chairman of Kaiser Aluminium and Chemical, and former President of the Aluminium Producers of America. Other former Chairmen include the late Lord Hanson (then Sir James Hanson), the late Lord White (then Sir Gordon White), Sir Gordon Booth, and Lord Brookes.
The current Chairman/CEO is Hany M. Salaam and the Deputy Chairman/President is Dr Adel Awad.
